Custom & Semi custom printed cycling clothing by Santini & Biemme of Italy or Suarez and Safety of Colombia. You can wear the same jerseys the European professionals wear.
Once your art work has been finalized the turn around time is 5-6 weeks for Full custom clothing and 4-5 weeks for Semi custom designs. The Italian made clothing takes 10-12 weeks to produce. For jersey sizing please look at the info page. The short sleeve Jerseys are made from the Tilex active micro-celled (small holes) 100% Polyester material. Shorts and bibshorts are made from Lycra. The printing process uses dye sublimation for breathable comfort just like professional jerseys. You also have the choice of 14cm, 30cm or full zipper on the Santini/Biemme custom jerseys. And 20cm, 50cm, 50cm-invisible and full zipper from the Colombian manufacturers.
Our pricing includes customs duties and import fees. You are responsible for freight to your location from our Indiana warehouse and processing center.
Submit your sponsor logos in Vector, Native format or EPS (ideally, with fonts converted to outline) in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw 9. Or if you are submitting just an outline send them in .GIF, or .JEPG. Ride like a pro and wear Santini, Biemme, Suarez or Safety cycling clothing. The pro's do !!!!

1. Submit your text or images in Adobe Illustrator 10 .ai vector via e-mail.
2. Fax in your order form and we can produce a production proof for you to approve or make changes to. If you need to order the sizing kit, submit your order form leaving this page blank and we will gather your teams sizing when you completed your fitting process.
3. Order your teams sizing kit for your fitting party. (if necessary) European cut runs small !!!!
4. Approve the art work for production and in approximately 5 weeks from time the art work is approved your cycling clothing will arrive.
